The Standing Committee shall be responsible for following the application of this Convention. It may: Le Comité permanent est chargé de suivre l'application de la présente Convention. Il peut:Der Ständige Ausschuß hat die Aufgabe, die Anwendung dieses Übereinkommens zu überwachen. Er kann
a.make recommendations to the Parties concerning the application of the Convention;a.faire des recommandations aux Parties concernant l'application de la Convention;a)gegenüber den Vertragsparteien Empfehlungen in bezug auf die Anwendung des Übereinkommens abgeben;
b.suggest any necessary modifications of the Convention and examine those proposed in accordance with the provisions of Article 23; b.suggérer les modifications à la Convention qui pourraient être nécessaires et examiner celles qui sont proposées conformément aux dispositions de l'article 23;b)etwa notwendige Änderungen des Übereinkommens anregen und nach Artikel 23 vorgeschlagene Änderungen prüfen;
c.examine, at the request of one or more Parties, questions concerning the Interpretation of the Convention; c.examiner, à la demande d'une ou de plusieurs Parties, toute question relative a l'interprétation de la Convention;c)auf Ersuchen einer oder mehrerer Vertragsparteien Fragen zur Auslegung des Übereinkommens prüfen;
d.use its best endeavours to secure a friendly settlement of any difficulty referred to it in accordance with the provisions of Article 25; d.faciliter autant que de besoin le règlement amiable de toute difficulté qui lui est notifiée conformément aux dispositons de l'article 25;d)alle Anstrengungen unternehmen, um eine gütliche Beilegung jeder Schwierigkeit zu gewährleisten, die nach Artikel 25 an ihn verwiesen wird;
e)make recommendations to the Committee of Ministers concerning States other than those referred to in Article 29, paragraph 1, to be invited to accede to this Convention. e.faire des recommandations au Comité des Ministres relatives à l'invitation d'Etats autres que ceux visés à l'article 29, paragraphe 1, à adhérer à Convention.e)gegenüber dem Ministerkomitee Empfehlungen abgeben, damit andere als die in Artikel 29 Absatz 1 bezeichneten Staaten zum Beitritt zu dem Übereinkommen eingeladen werden.
(f)give opinions on abuse of rights under Article 24bis,
paragraph 2c 		f)emettre des avis sur les abus de droit en application de
l'article 24bis,paragraphe 2c. 		f)Stellungnahmen zu Rechtsmissbräuchen unter Anwendung des Artikels 24a Absatz 2c) abgeben.

(a)draw up the guidelines referred to in Articlbise 9bis, paragraph 3b, in order to avoid differences between the. implementation of the provisions of this Convention concerning access of the public to events of major importance for society and that of corresponding European Community provisions; a)etablit les lignes directrices mentionnees a l'article 9bis,
paragraphe 3b afin d'eviter des differences entre la mise en oeuvre des regles de cette Convention concernant l'acces du public a des evenements d'importance majeure pour la societe et celle des dispositions correspondantes du droit communautaire; 		a)die Ausarbeitung der in Artikel 9a Absatz 3b) erwähnten Richtlinien, um Abweichungen zwischen der Umsetzung der Bestimmungen dieses Übereinkommens in Bezug auf den Zugang der Allgemeinheit zu Ereignissen von erheblicher gesellschaftlicher Bedeutung und der Umsetzung der entsprechenden Bestimmungen des Gemeinschaftsrecht zu vermeiden;
(b)give an opinion on the measures taken by Parties which have drawn up a list of national or non-national events which are considered by those Parties es being of major importance for society in accordance with Article 9bis, paragraph 2; b)donne un avis sur les mesures prises par les Parties ayant etabli une liste d'evenements, nationaux ou non-nationaux, qu'elles jugent d'une importance majeure pour la societe, conformement a
l'article 9bis,
paragraphe 2; 		b)die Abgabe einer Stellungnahme zu den Maßnahmen, die von den Vertragsparteien ergriffen wurden, die eine Liste nationaler oder internationaler Ereignisse erstellt haben, die sie als von gesellschaftlich erheblicher Bedeutung erachten;
c)publish once a year a consolidated list of the enlisted events and corresponding measures notified by Parties in accordance with Article 9bis, paragraph 2e. c)publie une fois par an une liste consolidee des evenements designes et des mesures correspondantes communiques par les Parties conformement a
l'article 9bis,
paragraphe 2e. 		c)die jährliche Veröffentlichung einer konsolidierten Liste der bezeichneten Ereignisse und entsprechenden rechtlichen Maßnahmen, die von den Vertragsparteien in Übereinstimmung mit Artikel 9a Absatz 2e) übermittelt worden sind.
